Potency No. 710 Refund Policy
- Return Time Frame: Customers can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be damaged or destroyed.
- Refund Options: If a product arrives damaged or destroyed, we will replace it for free or offer a full refund to the original payment method. Alternatively, customers can opt for store credit if preferred.
- Return Shipping Costs: If proof is provided that the product arrived destroyed or is damaged to the point it is unusable or unsafe to use, no return will be necessary.
- Non-returnable Conditions: Products cannot be returned. We only offer refunds or replacements if the product arrives damaged or destroyed.
- Refund Method: The customer can choose to receive their refund either as store credit or by returning it to their original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: For store credit, the refund will typically be processed within 2-3 business days. For refunds to the original payment method, we will initiate them within 2-3 business days, but it may take longer to process, depending on the customer’s payment provider.
